Will my undereye circles/bags under eyes go away after I get my allergies treated?

I’ve had these Dark Circles/bags under my eyes for several months now. My eyes have been watering and itchy from my cats. I’m wondering if I get the allergy treated if they will go away, or are they permanent?
Also, has holistic treatment helped anyone? I’m going to take yerba mate tea and other stuff, and make sure I clean and vacuum frequently and I just purchased a HEPA allergy air filter.
Thanks!
Earthling: Those dark circles are commonly called "allergic shiners". They are a result of increased blood flow to to sinus region. This is happening because of your allergies. Once you get your allergic reactions under control, the shiners will disappear. Keep that HEPA filter running 24/7 to keep the airborne stuff down. Make sure you do all the cleaning early in the day and then stay out for at least 2 hours to let everything settle back down. Most of what you and I call cleaning is really just throwing things up in the air on a microscopic level. If you allergy is to the cat and not dust or dust mites, you can try rubbing Allerpet/C solution on the cat.
I love Yerba Mate tea and usually drink it late in the afternoon as a pick me up. (I’m drinking a cup now). It is a great source of caffeine and a bit of a diuretic, but it is NOT going to help those allergies. I am including a link to the Allerpet site and you can find someone in your area that sells it. Good luck with kitty and those allergies and enjoy that yerba mate!

I think if you get your allergies sorted out your circles will go away. You may want to consider if you are eating anything to which you are allergic, for example milk.
With regard to the cats you could get a sofa with removable covers that are washable. You could also wash the walls in your home, which harbour a surprising amount of pet dust. I don’t think your cats would be happy having anything rubbed on them!
You might want to clean any mould in your home on window frames etc as some people have a sensitive reaction to even small amounts of it. Also open your doors and windows to get some air through, making sure that kitty and kitty are safe from the road!
Good luck.

I think it’s important to really understand the causes of you dark circles before
trying to treat the dark circles. My friend has serious dark circles and her dark circles are improving by following the information provided by http://www.darkcirclesundereyescure.com
