I always seem to have dark bags under my eyes. I get plenty of sleep but they are always there.

I am a guy so i won’t use makeup.

just moisturize under your eyes.your whole face while your at it (make sure it’s face cream, not body cream)
but it’s okay to use cover-up ALL men who do movies or talk/game shows wear makeup! it makes them look presentable
